		<description>"Needing to believe before being able to see" is an interesting concept that reminded me of the story about the indigenous population of what is now Cuba. Apparently the ships of Cristobel Colon in 1492 were beyond their comprehension upon arrival so they could not acknowledge their presence.

Much like working with a few public servants - still trying to get them to believe that there is in fact, a nose on their face.</description>
